Description
American espionage comes face-to-face with a terrifying neo-fascist movement, the Fourth Reich. After the Fourth Reich captures and implants a computer chip in the brain of American undercover agent Harry Latham, his brother, Drew, assumes his older brother's identity to continue the investigation. It's a race against time as Drew and close friend and agent, Karin de Vries, try to stop the Reich's monstrous scheme from accomplishing catastrophic success.
